Ideally you will have a maintenance background in either the mining or mining equipment industries and possess at least ten years practical maintenance experience.  You may have undertaken further education in either frontline management or maintenance management and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in an unsupervised environment. It is essential that you have excellent communication and client relationship skills that compliment or maintenance ability.
