Mining Engineer €“ Underground Gold Production
Co-ordinate production activities at a world class gold mine.
This global gold producer is currently seeking a production focused Mining Engineer to work at one of their Western Australian underground operations.
In this job you will report into the Senior Production Engineer and assist with various aspects of production. This role will specifically focus on elements such as monitoring daily production targets and analysing trends against longer term plans, forecasting achievable and accurate weekly production volumes, completing stope performance assessments, stope designs, developing mine instructions in conjunction with the Senior Production Engineer and presenting these details to colleagues. This broad range of responsibilities offers a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.
Having worked within a similar environment, you will have knowledge of planning and production in underground hard-rock mining and this, along with a Tertiary Qualification in Mining Engineering and some experience with planning software will make you the ideal applicant.
