Welder - Cunderdin, Kellerberrin or Merredin based
We have a vacancy for an experienced welder to join our team in Kellerberrin, but can also be based from Cunderdin or Merredin. You will be responsible for welding, repair and maintenance of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including planned and unplanned infrastructure maintenance. You will also assist the Work Coordinator with onsite welding arrangements to ensure productivity, quality control and safety compliance.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Qualified welder tradesperson to National competency Standard MEM 05 or equivalent with pipeline experience.
- Considerable trades experience in water supply services.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health requirements including hazard identification.
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplined team to ensure operational and maintenance outcomes are achieved as directed by the Works Coordinator.
- Current WA MR Class Drivers Licence.
